On Wednesday, January 22, come and join Bell Let's Talk Day!
The annual Bell Let’s Talk Day and awareness campaign has become the world’s largest conversation about mental health. It encourages people around the world to talk and take action to help reduce stigma, while promoting awareness and understanding to get you the help you need.
Join us in some activities focusing on mental health and wellness.
- Spin the wheel and answer self-care questions to win swag,
- Answer the question in the talk bubble: "What actions you are taking to support yourself or someone you care about?"
Contact the Student Engagement team with any questions:
Inge Tersago (Smithers) - itersago@coastmountaincollege.ca
Nitu Karmacharya (Terrace) - nkarmcharya@coastmountaincollege.ca
