1. Youth Crisis Line
Youth In BC Chat is a free online crisis, suicide prevention, and emotional support service for youth under 25 in British Columbia and Yukon.

The Indian Residential Schools Crisis Line is available 24-hours a day for anyone experiencing pain or distress as a result of his or her Residential school experience.

3. Online Chat/Crisis Line via ISC
This is a federally funded Indigenous service that provides a phone line and an online chat to help with mental health issues.

4. 24hr KUU-US Crisis Line (Aboriginal Services)
KUU-US Crisis Line Society provides support to callers throughout the province of British Columbia.

5. Hope for Wellness
The Hope for Wellness Help Line offers immediate help to all Indigenous peoples across Canada. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer: counselling & crisis intervention.

6. Here2Talk
Here2Talk connects students with mental health support including free, confidential counselling and community referral services. Available 24/7 via app, phone and web.
