        Step 1
Log in here or go to the Coast Mountain College website, and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Service Desk.
 
    
    
 Step 2
Sign-in using your network ID and password. For log-in support, contact IT Service at 250.635.6511 Ext. 5999
Step 3
Click the Services tab and select IT Support or Facility Services.
Step 4
Select a category for your request:

    -  Brightspace
- Colleague
- Email
- Hardware
- Image Now Software
- Logins
- Network
- Phones
- Printing
- Purchase requests
- Security
- Video Conference
- Website
    
 
    
        Facilities
    - Ancillary & Facility Services tickets
- Print Shop requests
 
 Step 5
Click the Request Service button and follow the steps to submit your ticket.
